Since last month, the entire province is being impacted by the Covid-19 crisis. In order to add a little bit of colour in this extraordinary time, many doors and windows across Quebec are showing very colourful rainbows or other decorations. This reminds us that #cavabienaller (it’s going to be fine) despite the Covid-19 virus that has made several victims around the world.

The children of Central Rosemont tenants have participated to the movement by decorating the flower pot at the entrance of the building with rainbows and encouraging words. What a nice way to had a touch of happiness and colour to Montrealer’s life.

Where is the #cavabienaller movement coming from

In Quebec, this movement was started by a kindergarden teacher, mother of 2, named Gabriella Cucinelli. Originally from Italy, she was inspired by Projetto Infanzia, an organization that encourage people in confinement to hang a rainbow from their balconies with the words « andrà tutto bene », which means « it’s going to be fine » in itatlian.
